2024 Impact Icon: A Charitable Challenge

Thank you to our 10 incredible Impact Icon competitors who set out to make a positive impact in the future of property management by raising critical funds for the IREM Foundation while engaging in a little friendly competition. These dedicated competitors and IREM leaders used their personal fundraising pages to raise funds between July 15, 2024 – October 9, 2024.

We are thrilled to announce Jim Helsel, CPM® as the IREM Foundation’s 2024 Impact Icon. Congratulations to Jim, and to all our competitors, for surpassing their goal of raising $150,000 for additional scholarships and , of course, making an incredible impact for future industry professionals and the communities they serve.
