Board of Directors

The IREM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity and was established in 1977. It is supported through donations from IREM members and is led by the Foundation Board of Directors who volunteer their time and expertise to ensure the organization’s success.

Applications are accepted annually, typically in the spring. If elected, terms begin on January 1st. Directors serve a three-year term and are eligible for up to two consecutive terms.

Associate Board

The IREM Foundation Associate Board is a committee dedicated to advancing the Foundation's mission with a focus on engaging industry peers and partners in fundraising and sponsorship initiatives while also acting as a Foundation ambassador within their communities.

The Associate Board is open to any real estate industry professional (IREM members and non-members). Our purpose is to serve as an entry point for philanthropic work through the IREM Foundation that will directly benefit industry peers and the communities they serve. We encourage all industry professionals to apply and join our mission.
